NEWPORT BEACH | AROUND NEWPORT | OCTOBER 27, 2026
An established Newport Beach personality and familiar face from Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County, Elizabeth Lyn Vargas is combining her passion for community, technology, philanthropy, and entrepreneurship to build her next chapter right here in Orange County.
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA — For longtime Newport Beach resident Elizabeth Lyn Vargas, success has always been about more than business or television. It’s about community, meaningful relationships, and giving back to the place she proudly calls home.

A familiar face in Newport Beach’s social, philanthropic, and business circles, Vargas has become a recognizable local personality whose involvement extends from charitable fundraisers and community events to supporting neighborhood businesses and local organizations.
National audiences may recognize her from Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County, but here in Newport Beach, Vargas is much more than a television personality. She is a local entrepreneur, philanthropist, animal welfare advocate, and passionate supporter of the coastal community she loves.
Her latest venture, Vargas Spirits Inc., reflects that same commitment to building businesses locally and creating opportunities throughout Orange County.
A Newport Beach Local With a Passion for Community
For Vargas, Newport Beach isn’t simply where she lives. It’s where she has built her relationships, businesses, and philanthropic connections.
Whether supporting local restaurants, participating in charity auctions, attending community fundraisers, or working alongside fellow entrepreneurs, Vargas believes strongly in supporting the people and businesses that make Newport Beach special.
As a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Elks Club, along with many other private establishments that support the community in Orange County, Vargas actively participates in community organizations and charitable initiatives that help strengthen Newport Beach and the surrounding region.
She has also supported numerous charitable events and auctions, contributing experiences and donations that have helped generate meaningful fundraising results.
Her philosophy is simple: a strong community depends on local people supporting one another.
That belief is also reflected in her decision to establish her wholesale spirits distribution operations in neighboring Costa Mesa, keeping business relationships and economic opportunities close to home.
From Bravo Television to Technology Entrepreneur
Although Vargas gained national recognition during Season 15 of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County, her entrepreneurial accomplishments began long before reality television.
Originally from Missouri, Vargas pursued her passion for music, studying jazz and opera before transitioning into the entertainment and technology industries.
She founded Edge Music Network, an ambitious digital music and entertainment platform that combined her creative background with an exceptional aptitude for technology.
With an instinctive understanding of complex technological systems, Vargas assembled and directed a team of software engineers and developers, guiding the development of a sophisticated digital entertainment platform.
Her ability to bridge creative vision, technology engineering, and executive leadership became a defining strength of her entrepreneurial career.
Today, she continues to apply that expertise through artificial intelligence, automation, and integrated technology systems in her business ventures.
Vargas Spirits Inc.: Building a Business Close to Home
Vargas’s newest venture, Vargas Spirits Inc., is a California-licensed wholesale distilled spirits distribution company operating from its Costa Mesa warehouse.
With Vargas Vodka as its flagship product, the company is developing an alternative to traditional spirits distribution, emphasizing competitive pricing, efficient logistics, and stronger relationships with independent brands and local hospitality businesses.
Her vision is to help restaurants, bars, retailers, and emerging spirits producers succeed through a more accessible and responsive distribution model.
Vargas Vodka, a premium seven-times-distilled, gluten-free spirit crafted in California, reflects the state’s coastal lifestyle and heritage.
For Vargas, establishing her distribution company in Orange County was a natural decision. She wanted to build a business that could grow throughout California while maintaining its roots in the local community.
Philanthropy at the Heart of Her Mission
One of Vargas’s greatest passions is animal welfare.
She founded We Care Rescue Ranch, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization focused on helping animals in need and supporting rescue initiatives.
Her charitable efforts include animal rescue, spay-and-neuter advocacy, emergency assistance, and fundraising for organizations caring for vulnerable animals.
A portion of Vargas Vodka proceeds supports animal welfare initiatives, connecting her entrepreneurial success with her philanthropic mission.
Her charitable involvement also extends to disaster relief, including fundraising efforts supporting Southern California wildfire victims, and initiatives associated with philanthropist John Paul DeJoria and the Peace, Love & Happiness Foundation.
Through charitable auctions, local events, and community partnerships, Vargas continues to support causes that make a difference in the lives of people and animals.

Proud to Call Newport Beach Home
Despite her national television recognition and entrepreneurial ambitions, Vargas remains deeply connected to Newport Beach.
She believes the city’s greatest strength lies not only in its beautiful coastline and celebrated lifestyle but also in its residents, independent businesses, charitable organizations, private establishments, and sense of community.
As she expands Vargas Spirits Inc., develops new technology, and continues her philanthropic work, she remains committed to supporting the place that has become such an important part of her life.
For Vargas, being a Newport Beach local means more than having an address here. It means showing up, participating, contributing, and helping the community thrive.
Elizabeth Lyn Vargas may be known nationally as a television personality, but in Newport Beach, she hopes to be remembered for something even more meaningful: being a neighbor, a businesswoman, and a philanthropist who genuinely cares about her community.
